Caffeine is found in coffee, tea, diet and regular sodas, and many
drinks and foods. It is all natural and can quickly stimulate increased
awareness, increase pulse, cause high blood pressure, and is
responsible for increased stomach acid which can cause many long-term
stomach problems. Most people realize they have an addiction to
caffeine, but do not view this addiction as a problem.
It is a problem
if someone plans their day around a cup of coffee, or a pot of it for
that matter or must have a Diet Coke before they take any calls at the
office. If someone feels like they cannot carry out daily tasks without
first consuming caffeine, it’s a problem.
