Anything done in excess isn’t good for you. Eating is one of those “things.” In the day of Fast Food, and parents with kids in tow each and every day, grabbing a “quick bite to eat” is becoming a problem.
Mainly, because the “quick bites” occur all day long.

Before you know it, you’ve packed on pounds and are at a higher risk for heart disease and a world of other health problems. You often feel hungry after you eat and have continual cravings and urges for food throughout the day. The urges become uncontrollable and when you finally realize it is a problem, it’s too late. You continue to eat the foods you do not need, even when you aren’t hungry. You’re a food addict, and face a really big problem because you have to eat to survive.

desperate to gain control              Reply to this Comment
I am 53 years old and have gained steadily through out my adult life, after being a chubby child of divorce and emotional abuse. I am declining in health rapidly. I am desperate to loose 150 pounds. Is there anyone in Utah who can help me?
