Okay so i am ruining mylife again. I have A broken car, no liscence, Fines a piss poor job that is hard for me to handle i am depressed and stressed i have no supportive family or friends and i keep trying to die. Why cant i just end it. I need help! Where can i find it. ~SAginaw, Mi~

You first need to validate yourself! In the process identify the actual porblem. YOu have to do this with oout I statements. Stop making excuses for why you are where you are. Stop being so hard on yourself. And most importantly find a faith base. We can not go through this on our own. I praise God everyday for being my Leader!!!!

god helps those who help themselves. Stop whining and go out and get a job! It'll be tough but put your head into it. You already stated you aren't happy your a kid so out and spread your wings there are so many options for you . get a councelor and good luck to you. Don't forget if things don't work out the first time try and try again I promise it will reap fruit.Good luck to ya and stop gettinfg high.

The important thing in life is "he must have no self esteem." It's very common that people lost self esteem when we lost work,lost home etc...Self esteem can built by yourself and pray.

I am in a similar situation as you... but I do not do drugs. My advice for you would be to go to any community outreach programs and see what kind of services they can provide for you. Most of the time they can give you a good idea of what to do in that situation. I tried the Salvation army but they didn't have anything for single males without kids. So what i am in the process of doing now is I am going to the government center and seeing what kind of emergency services they have to offer. Did I help you out at all? -Michael-

you just need to stay positive and i know from experience get help. find a therapist or a co-worker or just a friend anyone who can listen! i have suffered from depression but have over come it and i want you to know that i am here to talk. you can get on here whenever if you need to talk! i know its hard and it will be even harder trying to get over it but just hang in there and it will be okay !

hi i live in aus i went straight on into a pole at 157km shit it hurt when i woke 2 days later theres no help no one wants to get involved so next it will just be 10 storys or more should do the trick just think who you leave behind my hardest is my kids but sometimes i think itll be better for them while there young

I am responding to someone who had the audacity to tell someone else that "god helps those who helps themselves"... first of all if you knew the true God..u would know that He is refered as G(capital G) God. And if we could "help ourselves" there would be no need for Jesus Christ... the Savior..who came to be strong for those who have no might...to heal the sick, the lame, give sight to the blind.... So you show me in Scripture where God says..." I will help those who help themselves"..then I might hear you.
