YOu have to do this with oout I statements. Stop making excuses for why you are where you are. Stop being so hard on yourself. And most importantly find a faith base. It's very common that people lost self esteem when we lost work,lost home etc...Self esteem can built by yourself and pray. U always have the LORD if u have noone else. Please pray and ask for guidance and strength to have better days and live happy with a peace of mind. ON THAT NOTE Reply to this Comment I am in a similar situation as you... but I do not do drugs. My advice for you would be to go to any community outreach programs and see what kind of services they can provide for you. Most of the time they can give you a good idea of what to do in that situation. I tried the Salvation army but they didn't have anything for single males without kids. So what i am in the process of doing now is I am going to the government center and seeing what kind of emergency services they have to offer. And if we could "help ourselves" there would be no need for Jesus Christ... the Savior..who came to be strong for those who have no might...to heal the sick, the lame, give sight to the blind.... So you show me in Scripture where God says..."
