well it started when my mom was ALWAYS smoking. i mean evertime i saw her she had one lit. I became additcted to the smell of them. some they would smell good but others horrible bad then i decided to try it for myself. so i went into her purse and took two. i smoked one then the next day the other sooner or later i realized i was stealing cigarettes* from my mother and smoking them and i am only 13!!! she doesnt know yet and she never will. but she said that she is trying to quit then that means my supply will run out and in a way good but then again bad. she has been smoking since she was 15. i think i need help.

quitting smoking              Reply to this Comment
You don't want yourcellph to be uncontrollable. Quitting smoking is as simple as this: Light a cigarrette. Begin to move the cigarrette twards your face. Use your CELLPH CONTROL and WILLPOWER to stop moving your hand to your face. That's the easy part, since every drag you take is considered suicide anyway. Now for the rewarding part. You put the cigarette out. Don't even take one drag. Another cool thing is to destroy your cigarettes and feel good about it. the feeling of your body regenerating should generally feel better than the feeling of various toxic chemicals mutating your DNA.

STOP NOW OR DIE              Reply to this Comment
I am 34 yrs. old and just quit last year - it took me 10 YEARS of trying!!! Think of all the irreperable damange I've done in those 10 years - not to mention the full 23 (I started when I was 11). Guys - especially you kids and teenagers - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - STOP NOW! You think it's bad now? Try quitting in another 10 or 20 years when you're that much more addicted and you've done that much more damage to your blood, brain and lungs. I KNOW it's hard, but don't stop trying and do it now. You'll love yourself for it!! :)
