Dimethyltryptamine also known as Dimitri is commonly referred to as DMT.It is a psychotropic drug that produces powerful hallucinations.DMT has no approval for medical use in the

Dimethyltryptamine is present in many species of plants.Itis either extracted from plants, or may also be produced synthetically in a laboratory.Although it has been used since ancient times in many religious rituals and as in folk-medicinal treatments by the natives of
South America, it was in the 1960’ that Dimethyltryptamine became popular as a substance of abuse.When ingested orally, Dimethyltryptamine is not effective unless combined with some type of antidepressant drugs.On the other hand, smoking it produces immediate and powerful effects for a short period of time.For a slightly less powerful effect, it is also injected or snorted.
Dimethyltryptamine is used for recreational purposes by those people who want to experience the psychedelic effects, but for a shorter period of time that those produced by LSD.It is popularly referred to as the ‘Businessman’s special”.
