    WHY DO PEOPLE USE HEROIN?

A strong drug, which can cause addiction among the users, is heroin. It is used illicitly and extensively and can create euphoria which usually fades away when the users becomes tolerant to it. People assume that this drug has some recognized effects and as such they use it for fun. This has increased the used of heroin.

A user will feel happy and satisfied for one or two minutes after taking heroin. In the mean time, the brain of the user will be washed by it. Subsequently, the drug is turned in to a more usable form of morphine after being allocated by the bloodstream. The users will experience a high, which is caused by the distribution of morphine into the brain, and this high usually carries on for four to five hours. Such a situation is expressed as comfortable, warm and sleepy condition. The users of heroin describe a feeling of contentment, giddiness and a feeling of detachment from the surroundings.

The users will experience an extreme and orgasmic rush if the drug is smoked or sniffed. Time may slow down for them. If the user was angry, frustrated or hostile then all these emotions will go away. ‘Being wrapped in God’s warmest blanket’ is the phrase which is used by the users to describe how they feel.

The addicts may not feel euphoria after using it for some time. It will be used for releasing withdrawal symptoms, which are painful.

People who use herion have a life. They have a problem called an addiction. There are people who go to work everyday and are herion users. I was one of them, until it got the best of me and it will get the best of you. I am not crazy or stupid. I am a college graduate who made some poor choices in life. Choices I now suffer from on a daily basis. I struggle all the time w/ using, but I have other things in my life now that are better. Don't ever put anyone down for poor choices b/c you never can say it will never happen to you. Because I said that and it did to me. Do not be so judgemental!
