At the site of the injection swelling, throbbing and irritation may occur along with headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, nausea and vomiting.
But if these serious side effects crop up – back pain, blurry vision, and alteration in the amount of urine; IMMEDIATELY consult your medical practitioner. If the following grave but uncommon side effects are seen- breathing trouble, shallow and sluggish breathing, mental/mood swings, abnormal swelling, instantly call in a doctor. Call your physician when the very rare yet severe side effects occur: chest pain, seizures, necrosis or dead/black looking skin, unrestrained muscle movements or tremor. Even though allergic reaction to this medicine is not common but medical precautions should be taken and doctors should be informed if it happens. Some allergic reaction symptoms would be: itching, dizziness, rash, distressed breathing and swelling. But if any other side effects (not in the list) are seen immediately talk to your doctor.
