    METHYLPHENIDATE USE SIGNS

Discontinue with methylphenidate as soon as you go through the following severe symptoms. Look out for immediate medical help or call your doctor straight away.

25in; text-align: justify; tab-stops: list .5in;" class="MsoNormal">-         Liver damage distinguished by serious exhaustion, yellowing of eyes and skin, odd bruises or bleeding, stomach pain or uneasiness and nausea.

    -         Strange act or puzzlement.

    -         Pain in the chest or very high blood pressure distinguished by flushing, headache and blur vision.

    -         Abnormal or speedy heart rate.

    -         Allergic response like swelling of face, lips, nose or tongue; closing of the throat and breathing problems.

There are some other side effects, which are not so severe that have more chances of taking place. Do not stop taking the drug but talk to your physician about it. These symptoms are:

    -         Long time to gain weight or growing.

    -         Loss of weight and appetite.

    -         Vomiting, nausea or stomach pain.

    -         Repeating of the same movements.

    -         Unclear vision.

    -         Faintness.

    -         Sleepiness.

    -         Headache.

    -         Anxiety.

    -         Insomnia or sleeplessness.

The users of this drug eventually start to tolerate the effects of methylphenidate. Those who take this drug constantly begin to tolerate the drug and the withdrawal symptoms consist of serious emotional depression and tiredness. If the drug is out of stock for the time being then the users who are dependent on it will start to develop cravings for it and become panicky.
