ORGANIZATION IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR ADD INDIVIDUAL

A major challenge faced by any ADD patient is the problem of organization. To overcome such problems you can first of all avoid adopting someone else’s organizing methods. To make the boring, uptight process of organization, which holds negative connotations for you, make your own methods to do it.

Secondly, you must set your goals and then strive to achieve it.

Often such patients loose their perspective once things get busy so it is necessary that you set your priorities right. Under such circumstances find out in which condition you can work properly and let yourself work under that condition if you are an ADD patient.

To make yourself feel, that you have achieved something, breakdown a job into manageable bites or chores. Then try tackling them one by one. As you go through them tick each part of the scheduled work off; this will give an ADD patient a sense of accomplishment.

Never rely on your memory only. Keep at your hand a notebook or planner to note downs the intrusive ideas and thoughts that you get. In this way you won’t forget them at all and will be able to get back to them when you have time. For this it is necessary that you leave a delectable gap between engagements so that your thoughts can be properly gathered.

Never leave your work unfinished. Complete it and sort the things to their rightful place. Do the things as and when you get the time and don’t put it aside for the last minute.
