The full form of ADHD is Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Approximately 3-7% children have this disorder. The children affected by ADHD show hyperactivity, repetitive behavior and people tend to consider them as disobedient.
But the truth is that the children are unable to control their mind.
They themselves are not bad. This affects their theory concentration. They think of many things at the same time and thus cannot concentrate.
There are few symptoms, which point out to this disorder; they are impulsive, always in attentive and forever restless. They find it very difficult to sit still for a long time or even for a while and concentrate on anything in particular. This disorder is more difficult to diagnose in adults.
They cannot organize their lives and are unable to plan their day-to-day activities. Planning their daily life is more important to them and staying attentive enough or controlling their restlessness is less of a problem in their viewpoint.
This disorder cannot be cured but can be treated. Medicines may be important for ADHD patients or the patient may choose to live with it. In both the cases however it is important to take medical help.
