    DRUG ABUSE BEHAVIOR

The customary or constant use of drugs for a purpose, which is not medical in nature, refers to drug abuse. The people who suffer from drug abuse take the drugs in order to change the conditions of the mind as well as the body. Here you are going to find the abuse of legal drugs as well as the use of drugs, which are not produced legally. Let us take some examples.

Ecstasy, Cocaine, heroin and cannabis are all illegal drugs, which make the users addicted to them. On the other hand, there are legal drugs such as sleeping pills, painkillers, tranquilizers that can also make the users addicted to them.

The result of drug overdose, accident or aggression can cause damage as well as death. Moreover, it can harm the mental health, liver and brain of a person. Drug abuse can also hurt the user, his family member and friends. Furthermore, this behavior can lead to legal penalties such as heavy fines and imprisonment.

You will discover that drug abuse is very ordinary among the younger generation. This can cause seriously devastating results, which can damage the lives of these people in the years to come. It has been discovered that drug or alcohol abuse causes death in people between the ages of 15 and 24 years. Moreover, drug abuse can also lead to brutal and immoral acts like rape, murder or physical attack.

You should be suspicious if you find that a younger member in your family, all of a sudden, begins to hang out with new friends, becomes detached with family members, acts in an offending manner or starts to do badly in school. You can also look out for warning signs or indications such as alteration in the eating and sleeping pattern, troublesome cough and red eyes. All these are the physical signs, which may indicate that a person is a drug abuse.
