supervision and development of clinical staff, training, public relations,

and Medicaid, JCAHO, and Emergency Management program. Created the 822 program
from scratch in 2001. Liaison with Medical Director and Director of
Administrative Services on day to day operations of the clinic including the

CASAC’s, CASAC-T’s, CRC, Harm Reduction Coordinators and Addiction Counselors.
Liaison with psychiatrist on co-occurring disorders mental health treatment for
substance abusers. Coordinate care for population with chemical dependencies,
co-occuring disorders, chronic viral illnesses, developmental disabilities, and
homelessness. Help design and implement treatment groups, HIPAA compliance,
Utilization Review, Performance Improvement, and Management Meeting. Helped
develop Voc/Ed, Buprenorphine, and Family and Children Treatment Programs.
Chair weekly Interdisciplinary Team Case Conference. Helped facilitate Staff
Wellness program. Helped facilitate patient Focus Groups with senior
