i sighned temporay guardenship to my mom well i am wanting to go to a halway house with my daughter because i don't feel like o couuld be clean in my town at least not yet and i need my daughter in my life she is but not like it should be. well to get the guardenship took off i have to go back tp court then do 6 months pf cps how would i get it set up to where she could be in the halfway house with me?
