What do i do? Reply to this Comment My sister is an addict. Alchohol, Meth, bars, any pills, pretty much anything she can get her hands on. Shes depressed and self destructive. I know what its like to be drowning in this being an addict myself. We come from a middle class family and we just dont have the money to sent her to place that can help. Her man saw her in this "state", wrecked the house, found her stash and flushed it. She went crazy and started beating him. There is only so much that people will put up with and final outcome is he beat her and left. He's in jail. After the hospital, three staples in the head, two swollen shut black eyes, and multiple cuts and bruises, after getting home she grabbed her keys, saying she was going to pick up her prescription, and never came back. My Dad is broken. I am 2000 miles away and cant do anything. I feel helpless. Is she totally lost? imreplyingto"whatiscyboxin Reply to this Comment When u ask "what is "cyboxin" Im not 100%correct,but i think u r talking about,the,"In my opinion"the latest opiod-dependent medication called"SUBOXONE."Its use is"in a few terms like methadone,it can be soley used for detox from-exa,-lortab-"hydrocodone"heroin-oxycontin-"oxycodone,"and also it is becoming the drug of choice to detox from-methadone.Suboxone is also used as methadone is used as an opiote maintanance program.Im a former heroin addidct,"dont get me wrong"methadone-when addministered under a caring and ETHICAL doctor and used correctly SAVES LIVES.But its disadvantage is that u have to go to a "clinic" everyday until u meet certain DEA,FDA,andDHEC criteria.Suboxone,however can be obtained"FROM A DR FEDERALY LICENSED to prescribe SUBOXONE OR SUBUTEX,andBUPRENORPHINE.where as suboxone u can get a script monthly unlike methadone u must attend daily hope that helped jolson being set free with jesus Reply to this Comment my son was addicted to oxycontin he stopped and the first day the withdrawal symtoms were bad so the next day.day number two i started to pray in the anointing of jesuschrist. I then got my annointing oil and prayed for him touching the oil on him called the TBN prayer line got more prayer for him the lady that was praying for him told him that jesus set him free from addiction.the next day he woke up completely free from the addiction.He had no more withdrawals he even looked different. has not had no cravings totally changed set free from the blood of jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | ||||||||
