I provide expressive art therapy to your loved one, and have worked in interdisiplinary environments with speech, language, and communication therapies, as well as music therapies. Please, keep busy. read, do puzzles, collect cards on sportscardforum.com cardtarget.com and/or etopps.com an idle mind is not condusive to healing, allowing your mind to race hurts, trying to figure out what "Normal" is, what feelings are real, how am I supposed to think, labeled with a tag, a stigma..bottom line is 99% of illness's can be maintained and we can lead a solid life. free to enjoy a smile both sharing & receiving.. grass, flowers, sand, a lake edge, animals, everything around us..the stars, clouds so many things to stop and appreciate. All is better than being held hostage(of sorts) within your own mind, wondering, worrying, going in fricking circles. Collect etopps in hand & in portfolio cards, visit sportscardforum and say Hi :) Life happens one hour at a time... don't waste any hour, ever again...negative/evil thoughts out, leave me alone..Happy, clear eye opening thoughts enter, allow me to enjoy whatever it is I choose to do.
