I am really needing help on keeping my marriage as I feel I am losing it. I am often depressed and feel suicidal so please help me. I am low income and have no money to get help. I really need help.

In both your posts, you need counseling. There are places that use sliding scales based on income. Even if you admit yourself as inpatient for up to a week you may even qualify for charity care. Income should not be a factor for the help you need.
